To all Participants Who Have Submitted Proposals

This is to thank each of you for the proposals we have received and are continuing to receive! You should already have received an acknowledgement message informing you that, the outcome of the evaluation would be communicated by 16 November 2008. However, the evaluation process is taking a bit longer than anticipated in view of the high number of proposals received (well over 150!).

At this point we expect to communicate the final results by Tuesday 9 December 2008.
