Share Fair Briefing Session for Facilitators by Simone Staiger

This morning I attended the briefing session for facilitators of the Share Fair. One interesting discussion was around what to do when our session guests come with their power point presentation and how can we convince them that this Fair is not about presenting but about sharing and reflecting with others in a more informal way that encouarges conversations and networking.
Nancy White and Michael Riggs improvised a short role play to figure out what possible arguments we could use to discourage from the use of power point. I hope to get the short video showing the role play online soon. Sophie Treinen also reviewed with us the guidelines for facilitators. What is for sure that we need to be VEY FLEXIBLE and open to the unexpected.
