Day 0 - Wrap-up audio/radio session

How do you make interesting radio for farmers? Radiomaker Gladson Makowa of Zimbabwe tried to convince us we have to make soundbites straight for our audience. Make sure you know the public that is listening. It’s not the scientists we are working for, but the farmers. We have to convince them of the benefits of the things we offer.

Gladson offered us different formats of radio. You have the interview, the report, drama, the magazine, … Choose the best format and make a good planning matrix. Use the appropriate material for recording and look on the internet for an editing program. And there you go.
